Parents seeking admission in our school should apply in the prescribed form available in the office. Minimum age of admission to Nursery is 3 years and above. Corresponding scale of age is fixed for other classes. Admission will be given only on the basis of vacancy.
Documents to be attached along with application form
- Two recent passport size photograph of the child.
- Date of Birth certificate issued from GOVT.
- Aadhar Card.
- Caste/Minority Certificate.
- Progress Report of the last school
- T.C. in case of K.G.-1 & above (in Original)
- In the case of pupil coming from school outside M.P. state, the Certificate must be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools of the states from which they come.
(All photocopies should be self-attested)
WITHDRAWAL
- One month notice is required for withdrawal of a student from the school. TC will be issued only after clearing all the dues.
- Indiscipline, irregularity in attendance, damage of school property, non- payment of school dues and unauthorized absence for a long period of time can lead to issue of compulsory T.C.
- A student can be asked to leave the school on grounds of indiscipline, irregularity in attending classes and negative attitude towards school.
